摘要
目的 系统评价癌症患者经济毒性体验的质性研究.方法 检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Medline、PsycINFO、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库收录的关于癌症患者经济毒性体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2024年1月1日.采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对文献质量进行评价,采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行分析与整合.结果 共纳入12篇文献,提取45个研究结果,最终归纳成3个整合结果(经济毒性对家庭生活及心理造成多重影响、经济毒性的应对策略多样、应对经济毒性的困难与挑战),10个类别.结论 医护人员应重视经济毒性对患者的影响,将监测和评估经济毒性水平纳入临床工作日程,并在癌症诊断早期与患者共同讨论经济毒性,为患者制定个体化经济毒性应对策略,减轻经济毒性的困扰,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To systematically review the qualitative research on the financial toxicity experience of canc-er patients.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Medline,PsycINFO,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,and Chinese Biomedical Literature database were searched for qualitative studies on the financial toxicity experience of cancer patients,and the search time was from the establishment of the database to January 1,2024.The quality of the literature was evaluated by the qualitative research quality evaluation criteria of the evidence-based health care center of the Joanna Briggs Institute in Australia,and the results were ana-lyzed and integrated by the pooled integration method.Results A total of 12 articles were included,and 45 research results were extracted,which were finally summarized into 3 integrated results(Multiple effects of financial toxicity on family life and psychology,diverse coping strategies for financial toxicity,and difficulties and challenges in coping with financial toxicity),a total of 10 categories.Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the impact of finan-cial toxicity on patients,incorporate monitoring and evaluation of financial toxicity levels into clinical work sched-ules,and discuss financial toxicity with patients in the early stage of cancer diagnosis,so as to provide individualized financial toxicity coping strategies for patients,alleviate the problems of financial toxicity,and improve the quality of life.
