摘要
目的 编制社区安宁疗护护士服务能力考评问卷,并进行信效度检验.方法 于2022年6-8月,通过德尔菲法编制问卷,随机抽取长沙市10所社区卫生服务中心的340名社区护士进行问卷调查,并进行信效度检测.结果 最终形成的社区安宁疗护护士服务能力考评问卷包括安宁疗护基础知识、症状护理与舒适照护、心理支持与精神慰藉、沟通与交流、学科合作与自我发展5个维度,共44个条目,问卷总的Cronbach's α系数为0.99;问卷总体内容效度指数为0.95,采用分层面因素分析,量表所形成的5个层面的累积方程贡献率分别为77％、81％、86％、84％、87％,各层面所提取的共同因素解释的变异量均＞50％,各维度因素负荷均值≥0.70.结论 编制的社区安宁疗护护士服务能力考评问卷具有较好的信度和效度,能够为社区安宁疗护护士服务能力评价提供一个科学的工具.
Abstract
Objective To develop the service ability evaluation questionnaire for community hospice nurses and test its reliability and validity.Methods From June to August 2022,the questionnaire was prepared by the Delphi method.A total of 340 community nurses from 10 community health service centers in Changsha were randomly se-lected to conduct a questionnaire investigation,and its reliability and validity were tested.Results The final communi-ty hospice nurse service ability evaluation questionnaire included 5 dimensions,including basic knowledge of hospice care,symptom nursing and comfort care,psychological support and spiritual comfort,communication and exchange,and disciplinary cooperation and self-development,with a total of 44 items,and the Cronbach's a coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.99.The overall content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.95.Using hierarchical factor analysis,the contribution rate of the cumulative equation of 5 levels formed by the scale was 77％,81％,86％,84％,and 87％,respectively.The variation of common factor explanations extracted from each level was＞50％,and the mean factor load of each dimension was ≥0.70.Conclusion The service ability evaluation questionnaire of community hospice nurses has good reliability and validity,which can provide a scientific tool for the service ability evaluation of community hospice nurses.
