摘要
预立医疗照护计划(advance care planning,ACP)涉及有关未来医疗需求的重要决策,能够为病情尚未发展的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者提供决策讨论.本文综述了COPD ACP的内涵、发展现状、障碍因素和提升策略,旨在为临床开展COPD患者的ACP提供参考依据.
Abstract
Advance care planning(ACP)involves important decisions about future medical needs,and can pro-vide decision-making discussions for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),whose diseases have not yet progressed.In this paper,the connotation,development status,obstacle factors,and improvement strategies of ACP for patients with COPD were reviewed,aiming to provide references for clinical setting of ACP in COPD patients.
