Death literacy is defined as a set of knowledge and skills that make it possible to gain access to ac-quire,understand and make informed choices upon end-of-life and death care options.This article aimed to elaborate on the concepts,research status,measurement tools,influencing factors,and intervention measures related to the death literacy of informal caregivers for end-stage patients both domestically and internationally,so that it can pro-vide reference for research on improving the level of death literacy among informal caregivers of end-stage patients in China,improving the quality of death among end-stage patients,and alleviating bereavement anxiety,grief,and oth-er emotions among informal caregivers.
