Objective To construct a dietary care program for patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)treated by fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT).Methods The domestic and international literature were searched for developing the first draft of the dietary care program.From March to May 2023,2 rounds of expert consultation by the Delphi method were conducted to collect experts'opinions,and then revised it to form the final draft of the di-etary care program.Results The return rate of valid questionnaires for 2 rounds of expert correspondence was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.85,and the Kendall's harmony coefficients for the importance and actionability of the entries were 0.245,0.202,0.264,and 0.234,respectively(P<0.001).The finalized dietary care program included 7 first-level,18 second-level,and 43 third-level indicators.Conclusion The dietary care program developed in this study is scientific,feasible,and clinically instructive,and can provide a reference for the dietary management of patients with IBD treated with FMT.
