Objective To explore the potential profile of psychological resilience in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),and analyze the influencing factors of different profiles. Methods Using convenient sampling method,125 patients with IBD who were hospitalized or outpatient in a general hospital in Tianjin were selected as the study objects from October 2021 to March 2022,and were investigated by the general data questionnaire,resil-ence scale for IBD patients(RS-IBD),and IBD self-efficacy scale(IBD-SES),and the potential profile of their psy-chological toughness was analyzed, and the influencing factors were identified by univariate analysis and logistic re-gression analysis. Results The psychological resilience of patients with IBD was divided into 3 potential profiles, which were defined as low resilience-negative acceptance group(24%),medium resilience-low protection group(40.8%),and high resilience-active response group(35.2%).The multivariate logistics regression analysis of 3 groups of patients showed that out-of-pocket payment(OR=0.190,95%CI was from-2.943 to-0.384)and med-ical insurance payment(OR=0.220,95%CI was from-2.639 to-0.391)in the medical insurance payment meth-ods were risk factors, and stress and emotion management efficiency in self-ability(OR=1.040,95%CI was from 0.008 to 0.071),symptoms and disease management efficiency(OR=1.047,95%CI was from 0.000 to 0.092),and maintenance remission efficacy(OR=1.126,95%CI was from 0.019 to 0.220)were the protective factors for different potential profiles of patients'psychological resilience(P<0.05).Conclusion There is obvious group hetero-geneity in the characteristics of the psychological resilience of patients with IBD,which can be divided into 3 poten-tial profiles.Nursing staff should identify the profile categories of the psychological resilience of patients as soon as possible, and develop and accurately implement personalized intervention strategies on the basis of influencing factors to improve the level of the psychological resilience of patients.
