The nursing experience of a patient with severe preeclampsia complicated with acute left heart failure and septic shock admitted to our department in December 2022 was summarize in this study.The main nursing points included:Closely observing vital signs and maintaining hemodynamic stability;Actively implementing nursing measures to effectively control infection;Strengthening basic nursing to prevent ventilator-related complications;Im-plementing all kinds of pipeline care to ensure pipeline safety;Preventing venous thrombosis;Providing psychologi-cal care for patients and their families;Breastfeeding with separation of mother and child;Strengthen discharge health guidance.After professional and standardized treatment and nursing,the patient recovered and was dis-charged 15 days after surgery.The patient was followed up by telephone at 15 days after discharge and recovered well at 42 days after delivery.
