Minimally invasive intracavitary lithotripsy has the advantages of high stone clearance rate, small trauma, fast recovery, and short hospital stay, and is currently the main surgical method for treating urinary tract stones.Urinary sepsis is one of the main complications after minimally invasive intracavitary lithotripsy, which has the characteristics of rapid progression and high mortality rate, and it is currently a difficult problem in the special-ized nursing of urology.Further research is urgently needed on how to identify early urinary sepsis after minimally invasive intracavitary lithotripsy. This article reviewed the definition, pathogenesis, and early identification and warning of urinary sepsis after minimally invasive intracavitary lithotripsy through literature review,so as to provide a theoretical basis for better early identification of urinary sepsis and the development of early intervention treatment strategies, and to provide precise and effective guidance for subsequent treatment and nursing work.
