基于扎根理论的日语专业学生创新能力培养路径研究——以"新国标"为视角

A Study on Cultivating Innovative Ability of Japanese Major Students Based on Grounded Theory——From the Perspective of the"New National Standards"

采用扎根理论,以"新国标"为依据对大学本科日语专业人才培养方案、教材情况、教学大纲、考试大纲、教学设计等文本进行三级编码,运用分析软件Nvivo12的词频搜索功能对范畴内容进行逐级分析,从而构建以政策规划和教学实践两大板块为内容的日语专业学生创新能力培养路径模型,阐述分析培养目标、课程体系、教学方法、师资建设、产学合作、自我提升等六个培养路径影响因素,为政策规划及教学实践提供建议.
This paper adopts the grounded theory and uses the"New National Standards"as the basis to conduct a three-level encoding of texts including the training program,teaching materials,teaching syllabus,test syllabus,and instructional design for undergraduate Japanese major students.The word frequency search function of the analysis software Nvivo 12 is used to analyze the content of categories step by step.Furthermore,a path model for cultivating the innovative ability of Japanese major students is constructed in terms of the two major sections of policy planning and teaching prac-tice.The model explains and analyzes the six influencing factors of the training path,including train-ing objectives,curriculum system,teaching methods,teachers'construction,industry-academia coop-eration,and self-improvement,providing suggestions for policy planning and teaching practice.
