Research on the Perception of Mount Huangshan Homestay Tourists Based on Network Text Analysis
Based on the theory of tourists'perception,taking online text analysis as the research method,and based on the perspective of tourists'perception,this paper studies the image of Mount Huangshan's homestay by using Python and ROST Content Mining 6 software.This research conducts high-frequency word analysis on the review text crawled from Ctrip website,and creates a word cloud map and semantic network map.At the same time,the LDA Theme Model is used to summarize the re-view text content into five themes,namely,geographical location,service quality,tourist experience,rec-ommendation intention,and decoration design.Then an emotional dictionary is constructed to analyze the emotional value of the review text.It finds that tourists have a high overall satisfaction with home-stay,and negative emotions mainly focus on facilities,sanitation,and noise.Finally,strategies are pro-posed to improve tourist satisfaction and accommodation experience from three aspects:strengthening the intelligent construction of homestay,utilizing online resources to listen to the voices of tourists,and pro-moting the construction of homestay brand culture.
