黄山茶叶碳足迹核算及其低碳发展研究——以黄山毛峰为例

基于谢裕大茶叶股份有限公司调研数据,采用生命周期法,对黄山毛峰碳足迹进行核算分析.结果表明:1 kg黄山毛峰碳排放总量为1.1926371 kgCe;碳排放热点环节为种植阶段的化肥施用环节和生产加工阶段的电能消耗环节,均占比42%,碳排放量分别为0.497582 kgCe/kg、0.50025 kgCe/kg;化肥投入中氮肥碳排放占比较大,为39%.基于此,针对黄山茶产业低碳发展提出以下对策:建立健全碳标签认证与碳足迹评价体系;发挥政府在碳减排管理活动中的引导作用;因地制宜构建低碳型生态茶园模式.
Study on Carbon Footprint Calculation and Low-Carbon Development of Huangshan Tea—A Case Study of Huangshan Maofeng
Based on the research data of Xie Yuda Tea Co.Ltd,the paper uses the life cycle ap-proach to calculate the carbon footprint of Huangshan Maofeng.The results showed that:The total car-bon emission of 1 kg Huangshan Maofeng was 1.1926371 kgCe;The hot links of carbon emission were fertilizer application in the planting stage and power consumption in the production and processing stage,both accounting for 42%,with carbon emissions of 0.497582 kgCe/kg and 0.50025 kgCe/kg,re-spectively;The carbon emission of nitrogen fertilizer accounted for 39%.Based on this,the following countermeasures are proposed for the low-carbon development of Huangshan tea industry:Establishing a sound carbon label certification and carbon footprint evaluation system;Giving full play to the guiding role of the government in carbon emission reduction management activities;Constructing low-carbon eco-logical tea garden model according to local conditions.
