Abstract
In the development and protection of Kongcheng Old Street,the existing problems in-clude a severe decline in traditional functions,urgent maintenance needs for buildings in disrepair,and insufficient funds for its protection.This article argues that protection and utilization can be optimized by strengthening policy support,emphasizing conceptual guidance,innovating technical means,broaden-ing protection and development forms,combining research hotspots,focusing on brand building,and so on.
