Through questionnaire surveys,experimental methods,and observational techniques,this study examines the indicators in students'attitudes,capability enhancement,and satisfaction under the teaching of the flipped classroom teaching model.Meanwhile,it analyzes and compares students'en-gagement and learning effectiveness,and explores the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model in college Management course.The results indicate that the flipped classroom teaching model has a significantly positive impact on student satisfaction,participation,and learning outcomes.Based on many challenges facing the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model,it is suggested to enhance the effectiveness through the innovation in learning ecology,the enrichment of instructional de-sign,the exploration of educational pathways.
