翻转课堂教学模式在高校管理学课程中的实施效果研究

摘要
通过问卷调查法、实验法和观察法对学生在翻转课堂教学模式下的学习态度、能力提升、满意度等指标展开调查并对学生参与度和学习成效进行分析比较,并探讨翻转课堂教学模式在高校管理学课程中的实施与效果评估,结果显示翻转课堂教学模式对学生满意度、参与度及学习成效均具有显著正向影响.基于翻转课堂教学模式面临的诸多挑战,建议从创新学习生态、丰富教学设计、探索教育路径三方面提升翻转课堂教学实施成效.
Abstract
Through questionnaire surveys,experimental methods,and observational techniques,this study examines the indicators in students'attitudes,capability enhancement,and satisfaction under the teaching of the flipped classroom teaching model.Meanwhile,it analyzes and compares students'en-gagement and learning effectiveness,and explores the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model in college Management course.The results indicate that the flipped classroom teaching model has a significantly positive impact on student satisfaction,participation,and learning outcomes.Based on many challenges facing the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model,it is suggested to enhance the effectiveness through the innovation in learning ecology,the enrichment of instructional de-sign,the exploration of educational pathways.
