基于贝叶斯BWM的新就业形态劳动者就业脆弱性测度研究

通过构建新就业形态劳动者就业脆弱性测度框架,以重庆市主城区美团外卖众包骑手为案例对象,采用贝叶斯BWM计算其就业脆弱性指标权重,以识别就业脆弱性中的关键因素.结果显示:算法驱动的订单分配导致的经济安全脆弱性权重值最高,为0.388,是骑手最关心的指标.社会保障脆弱性紧随其后,权重值为0.286,反映了骑手对社会保障脆弱性的担忧.身心健康脆弱性问题也逐渐受到骑手的关注,权重值为0.215.职业发展脆弱性问题虽然严峻,但相较于经济和社会保障的迫切需求,优先级相对较低,权重值为0.111.二级指标排序结果与比较概率矩阵显示:休息时间缺乏、社会保险覆盖不足、职业稳定性不高、任务分配波动性大、职业自主性侵蚀等指标是骑手重点关切的方面,权重值均超过了0.10.
A Study on the Employment Vulnerability of New Forms of Employment Workers by Using Bayesian BWM
This study develops a framework for assessing the employment vulnerability of workers in new forms of employment and takes Meituan delivery riders in the main urban area of Chongqing as the case study subjects.The Bayesian best-worst method(BWM)was adopted to calculate the weights of various employment vulnerability indicators and identify the key factors affecting these work-ers.The results reveal that the economic security vulnerability,primarily influenced by algorithm-driven order distribution,is the most significant indicator for the riders,with a weight of 0.388.Following closely is social security vulnerability,weighted at 0.286,reflecting riders'concerns about inadequate so-cial protection.The vulnerability related to mental and physical health is also increasingly recognized,with a weight of 0.215.While career development vulnerability is severe,it is of relatively lower priori-ty compared to the urgent needs for economic and social security,with a weight of 0.111.Secondary in-dicators such as inadequate time for rest,insufficient social insurance coverage,low occupational stabili-ty,high variability in task allocation,and erosion of job autonomy emerge as the key concerns for rid-ers,each surpassing a weight of 0.10.
