摘要

为探究高校校园不同功能区环境因子对桂花功能性状的影响,同时为校园植物栽培、应用与景观提升提供研究基础.以黄山学院6个功能区桂花的叶片和种子为研究对象,研究其功能性状与环境因子的响应.结果表明:不同功能区桂花叶片和种子功能性状差异显著.桂花叶片干物质量变异系数小于10%.土壤EC值与比叶面积、种子纵径、种子干重及种子千粒重呈负相关.土壤温度与种子纵径、种子干重、种子体积指数及千粒重呈负相关.桂花叶片比叶面积和叶片干物质量之间呈显著负相关.综上所述:不同功能区桂花功能性状具有多样性,且受到环境因子的影响.

Abstract

In order to explore the influence of environmental factors in different functional areas on the phenotype traits of Osmanthus fragrans,and to provide a research basis for plant cultivation,applica-tion and landscape improvement.This experiment studied the leaves and seeds of Osmanthus fragrans in six functional areas of Huangshan University to study the response of phenotypic traits and environmen-tal factors.The results show that the phenotypic characteristics of O.fragrans leaves and seeds in differ-ent functional areas vary significantly;the variation coefficient of leaf dry material mass of O.fragrans leaves in different functional areas is less than 10%;the soil EC value is negatively correlated with specific leaf area,seed longitudinal diameter,seed dry weight and seed thousand grain weight,while the soil temperature is negatively correlated with seed longitudinal diameter,seed dry weight,seed mass in-dex and thousand kerner weight.O.fragrans leaves showed a significant negative correlation between specific leaf area and leaf dry mass.The results presented above indicate that the phenotypic traits of O.fragrans in different functional areas are affected by environmental factors.
