创新型省份建设背景下公务员健康素质体系的构建

摘要
以创新型省份建设为背景,分析公务员参与体育锻炼的动机、行为及影响因素,探究公务员健康素质体系构建.应从设置公务员健康管理部门、普及健康知识、搭建心理保障体系、确保体育设施的可用性以及大力开展体育活动,5个方面着力促进公务员的健康发展.
Abstract
This article comprehensively analyzes the motivation,behavior,and influencing factors of civil servants participating in physical exercise,and based on this analysis,constructs a health quality system for civil servants.Suggestions include setting up a health management department for civil ser-vants,popularizing health knowledge,establishing a psychological support system,ensuring the availabili-ty of sports facilities,and vigorously promoting sports activities to promote the healthy development of civil servants.
