目前大数据在小微企业会计中的应用越来越广泛,在企业对人才要求更高,人才供需对接更紧密的大环境下,数据与信息技术的有效运用是对接人才供需市场的有效路径.为此设计高职会计专业人才培养"三阶递进"智能匹配模式,并以HZ学院会计专业学生为研究对象,在整个学制周期内进行检测.依托高职会计专业人才供需现状和"三阶递进"智能匹配模型运行情况,从明确人才培养目标,完善专业课程体系,加强会计专业师资队伍建设方面提出创新改进建议.
At present,the big data is applied and popularized in accounting of small and micro en-terprises.In the environment of higher requirements and the match in supply and demand towards tal-ents in the market,the effective adoption between data and information technology is the efficient path to match the demand-supply market of the talents.To this end,a"three-step progressive"intelligent matching model is designed for the training of accounting professionals in vocational colleges and is conducted throughout an entire academic cycle by taking the accounting major students in HZ College as the subjects.Based on the current supply and demand status quo of accounting professionals in high-er vocational education and the operation of the"three-stage progressive"intelligent matching model,in-novative improvement suggestions are proposed from the aspects of clarifying talent training goals,per-fecting the professional curriculum system,and strengthening the construction of accounting professional teaching staff.
