转型期建筑类高校城乡规划专业人才培养创新模式探索——以安徽建筑大学为例

摘要
在新的经济发展背景下和国家规划体系改革过程中,我国的社会主要矛盾发生了深刻变化,城乡规划专业迫切需要建立适应城乡高质量发展要求的知识体系和专业教育培养体系.通过深入分析传统建筑类高校城乡规划专业人才培养存在的主要问题,系统总结转型期国内高校城乡规划专业人才培养的模式,依托办学基础、办学经验和实习实践总结,提出安徽建筑大学"三多一特"专业人才培养模式,以期为建筑类高校城乡规划专业人才培养改进提供案例参考.
Abstract
In the context of new economic development and the process of National Planning Re-form,the main social contradictions in China have undergone profound changes with the urban and ru-ral planning profession urgently needed to establish a knowledge system,and a professional education and training system that adapt to the requirements of high-quality and sustainable development of urban and rural areas.Through in-depth analysis of the main problems in the training of urban and rural plan-ning talents in traditional architectural universities,a systematic summary of the research and practice on the cultivation of urban and rural planning professionals in typical architectural universities in China during the transformation period is presented.Based on the foundation of education,school-running expe-rience,and internship practice summary,the professional talent cultivation model of"Multiple-dimen-sions;Multiple-abilities;Multi-agents;Characteristic cultivation"in Anhui Jianzhu University is proposed,aiming to provide case references for the improvement of urban and rural planning talent cultivation in relevant architectural universities.
