Characteristics and Development Direction of Rural Homestay Tourism in China—Based on a Text Analysis of China in Homestay
The article selects the video material China in Homestay as the data source for the study of rural homestay tourism in China.Through the adoption of ROST CM software in part of speech recognition,word frequency statistics,social semantic network analysis,text analysis,and so on,the article analyzes the current situation and characteristics of rural homestay tourism in China.The re-sults show that rural homestay tourism in China is mainly distributed in the eastern coastal and western areas;there are differences in the characteristics of the diversity of homestay naming sources,the entre-preneurial motivation of the host,the cultural experience motivations and tourism activities of the tour-ists.Based on this,two major development directions for rural homestay tourism in China are proposed.Namely,it is expected to provide references for the development of rural homestay tourism in China through measures such as innovating the name of homestay,clarifying the motivation of entrepreneur-ship,grasping the motivation of tourists,and enriching tourism activities.
