摘要

基于知识力、实践力、创新力三要素构建出文化旅游业创新型人才培养"KPI"三角模型,通过问卷调查法对"大黄山"四市文化旅游业相关从业者进行人才现状的调研,运用SPSS软件从外部环境、内部环境、知识力、实践力以及创新力五个维度进行分析,结果表明,内部环境薄弱和人才创新力缺乏等问题相对突出.基于此,提出完善保障机制、创新培养体系以及盘活人才资源等对策.

Abstract

A triangular model of"KPI"for the cultivation of innovative talents in the cultural tour-ism industry is constructed based on the elements of capability in knowledge,practice,and innovation.Through a questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the current situation of talents in the cultural tourism industry in the four cities of"Dahuangshan"and uses SPSS software to analyze the external en-vironment,internal environment,knowledge,practice,and innovation capacity from five dimensions.The results show that the weak internal environment and the lack of innovation capacity in talent are rela-tively prominent problems.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three as-pects:perfecting the guarantee mechanism,innovating the training system,and invigorating human re-sources.
