Study on the Spatial Distribution and Influencing Factors of Homestays in Huizhou Based on POI Data
Focusing on homestays in the Huizhou region,this study reveals the spatial distribution characteristics of homestays in the Huizhou region and the factors influencing their distribution by using POI data collection,GIS spatial analysis methods,and the geographic detector.The study found that:(1)The current spatial distribution of homestays exhibits an agglomeration trend.Homestays in the Hui-zhou region are distributed across various districts and counties,forming clusters of different scales and levels.(2)The homestays in Huizhou region exhibit a"two primary,three secondary,multi-center"distri-bution.The region forms core polar areas centered around Yixian and Wuyuan counties;secondary polar areas centered around Tangkou Town,Tunxi District,and Jiangwan Town;and multi-center areas primari-ly in Huangshan District,Shexian County,and Xiuning County.(3)The spatial distribution of homestays in the Huizhou region is the result of multiple interacting factors.The six most influential factors are the regional GDP,the tourism revenue,the number of tourists,the number of A-level scenic spots,and the density and elevation of the graded highway mileage.
