Research on the Value Review and Realization Path of Think Tank Con-struction in Universities in the Context of the New Era
At present,the think tank construction of university is difficulty to position,locate,inter-act,and govern their talents.This paper puts forward targeted solutions from four aspects:clarifying the positioning in the development of think tanks,improving the talent management mechanism,building a collaborative co-construction mechanism,and building an effective evaluation mechanism,so as to pro-mote the construction of university think tanks and realize their value in social governance and national construction.
