Research on the Performance Evaluation Indicator System for Teachers in Private Universities Based on a Balanced Scorecard
The performance evaluation system for teachers in private universities generally has a weak correlation between the goals of personal performance and school strategy.Meanwhile,perfor-mance indicators are set with an emphasis on quantity over quality,and performance evaluation pursues economic benefits while neglecting social benefits.Taking the application of the balanced scorecard in M College as an example,this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system for teachers in private universities from the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal business processes,and learning and growth.It is expected to provide a reference for the performance evaluation of teachers in private universities.
