摘要

面向高校学生发放调查问卷344份,并与学生用户进行深度访谈,探索以"文心一言"为代表的国内生成式人工智能产品在大学生自主学习中的应用现状、推广基础、存在问题及隐忧等,并从政府"疏"而非"堵"、高校"融"而非"禁"、学生"引"而非"抄"等三个维度,提出生成式人工智能赋能大学生自主学习的治理策略与优化路径.

Abstract

This study,by taking 344 questionnaires distributed and conducting in-depth interviews with college students,explores the application status quo,promotion basis,existing problems,and hidden worries of the domestic generative AI products represented by"ERNIE Bot".Meanwhile,it puts for-ward the governance strategies and optimal paths to empower college students'autonomous learning of generative artificial intelligence in three dimensions:to"dredge"rather than"block"at the government level,to"integrate"rather than"prohibit"at the university level,and to"guide"rather than"copy"at the student level.
