摘要
气候变化关系人民福祉和人类未来.近年来,极端天气事件愈加频发,许多国家遭受高温热浪天气,严重威胁了世界各国人民的生命健康和财产安全.全球气候变化对世界人民造成的危害仍在持续加剧,在此背景下,构建人类命运共同体的出现成为了解决气候治理难题新的破解之道.
Abstract
Climate change affects people's well-being and the future of mankind.In recent years,extreme weather events have become more frequent,and many countries have suffered from heat waves,seriously threatening the life,health and property safety of people around the world.The harm caused by global climate change to people around the world is still increasing.In this context,the emergence of a community with a shared future for mankind has become a new solution to the problem of climate governance.
