系统观念视域下推进高校"一站式"学生社区综合管理的思考

摘要
"一站式"学生综合管理与蕴含于系统观念的要素性、结构性和动态性原则存在着基本前提、关键支撑和动力源泉的内在契合关系,要素性是"一站式"社区综合管理的基本前提,结构性是"一站式"社区综合管理的关键支撑,动态性是"一站式"社区综合管理的动力源泉."一站式"学生综合管理也是由人员、过程、环境等关键要素构成的有机整体,"全员"是"一站式"社区综合管理的关键性要素,"全程"是"一站式"社区综合管理的连续性要素,"全方位"是"一站式"社区综合管理发展性要素.本文以系统观念为视角,基于整体性、协调性、开放性三个层面,主张通过统筹、整合、优化"一站式"学生社区综合管理系统要素,构建形成一条集制度、资源、平台"三位一体"的"一站式"学生社区综合管理模式新路向.
Abstract
The basic premise,key support and power source of the"one-stop"comprehensive management of students and the elemental,structural and dynamic principles contained in the system concept exist in the internal compatibility relationship,the element is the basic premise of the"one-stop"community comprehensive management,the structure is the key support of the"one-stop"community comprehensive management,and the dynamics is the power source of the"one-stop"community com-prehensive management."One-stop"comprehensive student management is also an organic whole composed of key elements such as personnel,process,environment,etc.,"full staff"is the key element of"one-stop"community comprehensive man-agement,"whole process"is the continuous element of"one-stop"community comprehensive management,and"all-round"is the development element of"one-stop"community comprehensive management.Based on the three levels of integrity,coordina-tion and openness,this paper advocates the construction of a new direction of a"one-stop"student community comprehensive management model that integrates the"trinity"of system,resources and platform through the overall planning,integration and optimization of the elements of the"one-stop"student community comprehensive management system.
