摘要

随着社会的不断发展,学前教育在教育系统的重要性日益凸显.学前教育在儿童的成长和发展中扮演着不可替代的角色,对儿童的智力发展、言语表达、社交能力、习惯养成等方面有着非常重要的影响.家长对幼儿园的要求也越来越高,但是该地区的学前教育较其他地区而言不管教学理念、还是教学方式都有一定的差距.因此,本研究试图从产教融合、专业师资、教学资源优化等方面来进行实践探索研究,在问题导向的基础上,提出改进策略,希望对和田地区学前教育发展提供借鉴.

Abstract

With the continuous development of society,the importance of preschool education in the education system has become increasingly prominent.Pre-school education plays an irreplaceable role in children's growth and development,and has a very important influence on children's intellectual development,verbal expression,social skills,habit formation and other aspects.Parents'demands on kindergartens are also getting higher and higher,but the preschool education in this region has a certain gap compared with other regions in terms of teaching concepts and teaching methods.Therefore,this study tries to explore the prac-tice from the aspects of integration of industry and education,professional teachers,optimization of teaching resources,etc.,and puts forward the improvement strategies on the basis of problem orientation,hoping to provide certain significance to the de-velopment of pre-school education in Hotan area.
