摘要
学习宣传习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是党校工作的重要任务,同时也为新时代基层党校高质量发展指明了方向.研究发现,基层党校存在教师对基本原理把握不到位、教学内容调研不充分、教学方式灵活性针对性不足等短板,在一定程度上影响了基层党校作为当地干部教育主阵地的作用发挥.文章认为,通过进一步加强基层党校教师理论学术功底、提升开展调查研究能力、提升党校课程生动性时代性等路径,能够有效提升基层党校教育培训习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的能力水平,优化基层党校工作质效,有效推动基层党校高质量发展.
Abstract
The propagation and study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is a vital task of the Party School's work and has also illuminated the direction for the high-quality development of grassroots Party Schools in the new era.The research reveals that grass-roots Party Schools face several shortcomings,such as inadequate understanding of fundamental principles by teachers,insufficient research on teaching content,and a lack of flexibility and targeted approaches in teaching methods,which have impacted the role of grass-roots Party Schools as the main platform for local cadre education to a certain extent.The article posits that by further strengthening the theoretical and academic foundation of teachers at grassroots Party Schools,enhancing their ability to conduct research investigations,and elevating the vibrancy and contemporary relevance of Party School curricula,the capability for training in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era can be effectively enhanced.This approach is expected to optimize the efficiency and quality of grass-roots Party School op-erations,thereby effectively propelling their high-quality development.
