新疆营商环境评价及优化对策研究

摘要
新疆营商环境建设是促进新疆经济高质量发展的重要一环.新疆位于为我国西北地区,与东部沿海地区相比营商环境较差,有待进一步优化.本文使用熵值和灰色关联度等方法对新疆营商环境现状进行综合评价,并提出新疆营商环境存在的主要问题,经过研究发现,新疆营商环境主要存在以下问题:第一,新疆营商环境受到资源约束;第二,新疆营商环境受到技术约束;第三,新疆营商环境受到体制约束.最后针对以上问题为新疆营商环境的发展提出了优化对策.
Abstract
The construction of business environment in Xinjiang is an important part of promoting high-quality economic develop-ment in Xinjiang.Xinjiang is located in the northwest region of China,and its business environment is relatively poor compared to the eastern coastal areas.The business environment atmosphere is not strong,and further optimization is needed.This article uses methods such as entropy value and grey correlation degree to comprehensively evaluate the current situation of Xinjiang's business environment,and proposes the main problems that exist in Xinjiang's business environment.After research,it is found that there are mainly the following problems in Xinjiang's business environment:firstly,Xinjiang's business environment re-sources are constrained;Secondly,Xinjiang's business environment technology is constrained;Thirdly,the business environment in Xinjiang is subject to institutional constraints.Finally,optimization strategies were proposed for the development of Xinjiang's business environment in response to the above issues.
