The Code of Conduct and Guidelines for Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities in the New Era opens a new chapter in the construction of teachers'morality and ethical behavior of teachers of col-lege and university ideology and politics courses,and it is a landmark event in the history of the development of college and uni-versity ideology and politics,meaning that the situation of teachers'morality and ethical behavior of college and university teach-ers of ideological and political courses has become tighter and the task heavier.The construction of teachers'morality and ethics for teachers of college and university civics and political science courses has a strong leading character,which leads the growth of students,the construction of teachers'team,and also leads the social atmosphere to good development.We put forward the five aspects of organizational leadership,teacher support,content fit,supervision and implementation and social leadership re-quired for the construction of teachers'morality and ethics for teachers of Civics and Political Science courses in colleges and universities,analyze the specific connotations between them,and put forward specific paths to promote the development of teach-ers'morality and ethics for teachers of Civics and Political Science courses in colleges and universities in the direction of good development.
