论庄初崇生——兼论音韵学研究中的若干问题

摘要
"庄初崇生"(有些学者称为"庄初床山")是一组特殊的声母.庄组声母在发音方面可能有明显不同于其他声母的特性:它刚一生成就有一套专门跟它相拼的韵母系列(简称"B韵系").这个韵系有两个特点:第一,由于只拼庄组声母,所以每个韵的字数都比较少,也就是说,都是一些小韵母.第二,这个韵系所含韵母的数量比较大,迄今已发现142个.这个韵系基本上与当时在汉语里存在着的另一套比它大得多的主流韵母系列(简称"A韵系")相平行.由于两套韵系在规模与势力上差距过于悬殊,B韵系终于逐渐被A韵系吞并.本文就与"庄初崇生"有关的若干问题做了探讨,同时兼及音韵学研究中与本论题相关的几个问题.
Abstract
"Zhuang Chu Chong Sheng"(庄初崇生)(referred to by some scholars as"Zhuang Chu Chuang Shan")(庄初床山)is a special set of initials.The initial consonants of the Zhuang group(庄组)may have distinct characteristics in pronuncia-tion that differ from other consonants:they have just developed a series of vowels that specifically match them(referred to as the"B rhyme series")(B韵系).This rhyme system has two characteristics:firstly,because only the initial consonants of the Zhuang group(庄组)are spelled,the number of words in each rhyme is relatively small,that is to say,they are all small vowels.Second-ly,this rhyme system contains a relatively large number of vowels,with 142 discovered so far.This rhyme system is basically par-allel to another mainstream vowel series(abbreviated as"A rhyme system")(A韵系)that existed in Chinese at that time,which was much larger than it.Due to the significant difference in scale and influence between the two rhyme systems,the B rhyme sys-tem(B韵系)was gradually absorbed by the A rhyme system(A韵系).This article explores several issues related to"Zhuang Chu Chong Sheng"(庄初崇生),while also addressing several issues related to this topic in phonological research.
