摘要
本文以用户研究的方法分析外地游客异地旅游出行时的目标与行为,再结合少数民族地区的风俗习惯、人文景观、餐宿饮食等因素.引入服务设计的理念与方法论,构建基于旅游六要素(吃、住、行、游、购、娱)的服务应用.围绕以用户为中心的服务式设计,以游客在旅游地具身体验为考量要素.结合用户行为、用户情绪、用户感知三重要素,对传统旅游体验流程进行再造;应用服务理念于手机应用设计,从服务优先级的角度为异地旅游用户打造除功能属性外的设计应用范式.
Abstract
This paper uses the method of user research to analyze the goals and behaviors of foreign tourists when they trav-el in different places,combined with the customs and habits of ethnic minority areas,cultural landscape,meals,accommodations and other factors.The concept and methodology of service design are introduced to build a service application based on the six el-ements of tourism(food,accommodation,transportation,tourism,shopping and entertainment).Centering on the user-centered service design,taking the tourists'embodied experience in the tourist destination as the factor of consideration.Combining user behavior,user emotion and user perception,the traditional travel experience process is reinvented.The concept of application service is based on mobile application design,which creates a design application paradigm except functional attributes for re-mote travel users from the perspective of service priority.
