当今,"圈层化"是网络空间生存样态的普遍形式.思想政治教育话语"入圈"不仅是增强话语认同的使命之需、创新话语内容的发展之需,也是拓展话语场域的时代之需和加强话语主导的博弈之需.然而,圈层信息"茧房化"、圈层主体"离散化"、圈层系统"脱轨化"、圈层交流"排他化"对思想政治教育话语认同、话语权力、话语效果和话语影响都将产生消极作用."圈层化"背景下提升思想政治教育话语的创新性和实效性需要平台、主体、内容、技术等多维度的切入以"入"求"破",以"破"导"入","入""破"结合.
