Communication alienation:the representation and reflection of guided one-way interaction
There are two states in the one-way communication between graduate students and teachers. One is that the sub-ject of the tutor plays a different role in the communication field, and the graduate students use the subject silence to deal with the communication under the pattern of the tutor as the speaker. The other is that the mentee's identity is separated or even op-posed by their respective roles, resulting in the alienation of the teacher as a"driver".These two states arise from the ambiguity of the relationship between the obligation and the right between the tutor and the graduate student,as well as the estrangement and alienation caused by the different expectations of each other's roles and the cognitive differences of things. In order to get out of the relationship wall of one-way communication, the communication between teachers and students needs to be relaxed and re-turn to the true nature of education,so that it is possible to dissolve the"violence"and erosion brought by one-way communica-tion.
