主动脉瓣钙化(aortic valve calcification,AVC)是主动脉瓣狭窄(aortic stenosis,AS)的主要原因之一,其发病机制与炎症浸润、脂质沉积、内皮细胞损伤、钙化成骨、血管生成等相关。既往研究表明AVC与AS程度、心血管事件发生率、死亡率以及手术结局等相关。利用影像学方法对AVC进行定量分析不仅对AS具有诊断价值,而且对于手术时机的选择、手术风险的评估及预后预测都有着指导意义。该文就超声心动图、CT和正电子发射体层成像评估AVC的方法及其价值进行全面阐述。
Imaging methods for the assessment of aortic valve calcification
Aortic valve calcification(A VC)is one of the major causes of aortic stenosis(AS),and its pathogenesis is related to inflammation infiltration,lipid deposition,endothelial damage,calcification osteogenesis and angiogenesis.Previous studies have shown that A VC is associated with the severity of AS,the incidence of cardiovascular events,mortality,and surgical outcomes.The quantitative analysis of AVC using imaging methods not only has diagnostic value for AS,but also has guiding significance for the selection of surgical timing,assessment of surgical risk,and prognosis prediction.This article comprehensively elaborates on the methods and values of evaluating AVC using echocardiography,CT,and positron emission tomography.
