吲唑是一类重要的杂环化合物及合成中间体,具有广泛的生物学活性(如抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗菌等),是药物分子中常见的优势骨架,也广泛应用于除草剂、染料等.目前,已有多种方法合成吲唑,特别是1H-吲唑,重点围绕不同的起始原料,综述了1H-吲唑类化合物的典型合成方法.
Progress of Synthesis of 1H-Indazoles
Indazoles is an important class of heterocyclic compounds and synthetic intermediates having a wide range of biological and pharmaceutical activities,as anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-oxidant,anti-viral,anti-bacterial.There is enormous potential in the synthesis of indazoles to be used as building blocks for the next generation of pharmaceuticals,as well as herbicides and dyes.Various synthetic routes have been reported for indazoles,especially 1H-indazoles.The present review focuses on typical routes of their synthesis from diverse materials.
