同时蒸馏萃取和超临界流体萃取研究卷烟主流烟气香气成分

为考察卷烟主流烟气中的香气成分,先用剑桥滤片收集主流烟气的总粒相物,再对同时蒸馏萃取和超临界流体萃取条件进行优化,然后分别采用这两种萃取方法对捕集了烟气粒相物的剑桥滤片进行前处理,再经气相色谱质谱联用仪分析所得样品.结果表明,同时蒸馏萃取得到94种挥发性香气成分,超临界流体萃取得到118种挥发性香气成分,两者共得到香气成分总量达181种.可见,两种方法结合起来分析烟气中香气成分更具优势.
Explore the Aroma Components in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke by Simultaneous Distillation Extraction and Supercritical Fluid Extraction
In order to investigate the aroma components in main stream cigarette smoke,the total particulate matters of the mainstream cigarette smoke were collected by cambridge filter.Then the cambridge filter was extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction or supercritical fluid extraction under optimized conditions.And samples were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.The result showed that 94 kinds of aroma components were obtained by simultaneous distillation extraction and 118 kinds of aroma components were achieved by supercritical fluid extraction.The total amount of the aroma components were up to 181 kinds.So,it would be better to analyze the aroma components of the main stream cigarette smoke by the two methods at the same time.
