论新形势下的体育高职院校学生管理工作--以安徽体育运动职业技术学院为例

摘要
社会主义市场经济和高等教育改革的发展，使传统的高校学生管理工作面临严峻的挑战。本文以安徽体育运动职业技术学院为例，从分析新形势下学校外部环境、学生主体、学校及高等教育改革的现状出发，指出新形势下体育高职院校学生管理工作应树立以人为本的管理理念，积极探索适应时代要求的高校学生管理模式，改革和创新高校学生管理工作。
Abstract
Traditional student management work in institute is facing challenge along with the development of the so-cialist market economy and higher education reform. The paper put forward people oriented idea ,explore student manage-ment pattern which fit for new situation and innovate the student management work based on analyzing the exterior environ-ment,student and status quo of reform of higher education;people oriented idea.
