摘要
本文从90后大学新生的特点入手,分析入学后出现的学习、生活和心理等环境不适应现状,运用马斯洛的需要层次理论在人生目标确立、同伴教育引导、团队意识强化和学习方法适应等方面进行指导并提出应对策略,以便帮助新生尽快度过大学生活适应期,树立正确的人生目标,进行自我教育、自我管理、自我服务。
Abstract
in this paper,from the characteristics of our university students,analysis of entrance after learning,life and the heart of environment is not suitable for the current situation,the establishment,Maslow’ s hierarchy of needs theory in life goals peer education,strengthen the awareness and guide team learning method to adapt and other aspects of the guidance and puts forward the countermeasures,in order to help freshmen to get through university life adaptation period,establish the right goals in life,self education,self management,self service.
