摘要
随着经济的发展，社会的变革，当今大学学生会这个组织面临着机遇与挑战。学生会组织特别是大学生学生会它的发展之路必须紧跟时代潮流的步伐，因为它的存在不仅仅满足于服务大学生的目的，而且它也是大学联系学生的桥梁纽带。而如今，很多大学的学生会组织面临着一系列问题，这些问题阻碍着这个组织今后的发展，那么这就需要我们去改革，改变学生会面临的现状，找到一条适合自己特色的道路。
Abstract
With the development of economy,the change of the society,the current university student the organization is facing opportunities and challenges.The student union organization especially college students its development must follow the pace of the trend of The Times,because it exists not only satisfied with the service purpose of college students,and it is also serve as a bridge between university and student.Today,many university students organization is facing a series of problems, these problems hindering the development of the organization in the future,so this needs us to reform,change the present situa-tion of the students face,find a way for their characteristics.
