摘要
本文简述了关工委组织在职业院校学生思想政治教育中的独特优势和作用的相关内容。在此基础上，提出了新形势下职业院校关工委工作长效机制。文中从坚持一个导向，凝聚青年师生共筑中国梦；实施二个工程，探索关工委育人工作新途径；关注“四生”类型，助力青年大学生成长成才；打造五种文化，营造文明和谐校园新环境等四大方面进行较详细地论述。实践证明了职业院校“1245”工作长效机制行之有效的。
Abstract
This paper has summarized barrier work member to organize the trade related content on the job of unique advantage and role in college student ideological political education.On this foundation,have suggested that new situation takes off professional college barrier work actually working long effect mechanism.In writing since insisting a lead condense youth teachers and students to share build Chinese dream;Implement 2 projects,explore barrier work member to give birth to man-days make new channel;Pay attention to the type“4 is given birth to“,help force youth college student to grow up just;Dozen makes 5 kinds of culture,the 4 construction big aspects such as civilized harmonious campus new environment are going to be discussed comparatively in detail.Practice has proved that professional college “1245” working long effect mechanism is effective.
