摘要
通过之前对企业进行的一系列的调研我们专业团队对社区管理与服务专业毕业生的知识能力素质结构有了较为清醒的理解，对毕业生的就业岗位群有了更进一步的了解，也认识到加强校企合作对社区专业人才培养目标的定位有非常重要的意义。
Abstract
Knowledge ability structure through before enterprises to conduct a series of investigation of our professional team of community management and service graduate shave a more sober understanding,to the graduates employment posts have the further understanding,have very important significance also realize the positioning strengthening school enterprise co-operation training objectives of community of professionals.
