objective to study the standardization of medical record management for medical record quality research on the problems existing in the clinical case management method and put forward the corresponding corrective action will be our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 patients in our hospital records of 3000 cases,from January 2012 to December 2012 clinical medical record 1500 as control group. Control group adopts the general data management,from January 2013 to December 2013,1500 clinical medical record as the observation group,observation group using lean management standard-ization,comparative analysis of medical record defects,ZhengGaiLv and hospital medical record of the average value,the in-fluence of standardization management of medical record management. Results the hospital medical record the complete de-gree of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,difference rate(P>0.05 comparable. Conclusion standardization is beneficial to improve the effect of medical record management,improve the defect of medical information, improve work efficiency,and employee responsibility management provide strong guarantee for the quality of medical record.
