A Study on Factors Influencing Willingness to Participate in Shared Community of Learning Based on UTAUT Model
Community learning communities play a vital role in fostering community education and enhancing community governance.Through an empirical analysis utilizing the UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)model, this study examines the current participation behavior of community residents in learning activi-ties.Results reveal that factors such as funding support and core member abilities positively influence residents'will-ingness to engage in community learning, with venue allocation, activity frequency, and funding support demonstra-ting the most significant impact.Furthermore, notable disparities exist in participation willingness across gender,edu-cational attainment, employment status, and age groups above 45,though no significant variance is observed in in-come levels. To bolster the cultivation of community learning communities and residents'participation enthusiasm,mul-tifaceted interventions are essential. These interventions encompass government policy reform, enhanced management mechanisms, increased financial backing,community-level advocacy and guidance, resource consolidation, training initiatives, platform enhancement, internal ecosystem nurturing, diversified activity offerings, community self-regula-tion mechanisms,as well as individual self-awareness promotion, guidance, and commitment.
