＂Education and elderly services collaboration＂stands as a pivotal strategy in harmonizing elderly services with senior education,actively addressing the challenges posed by an aging population.Focusing on the de-velopmental landscape of the ＂Education and Elderly Services Collaboration Base＂in Gusu District,Jiangsu Prov-ince,this study highlights the imperative to bridge the gap in service and education demands across diverse demo-graphic segments,tackle the sluggish pace of elderly service sector growth,and overcome the structural separation between elderly services and education.To this end,it advocates for an approach centered on tailored educational in-itiatives,fostering industry revitalization,driving forward the high-quality evolution of elderly service provision,and dismantling barriers hindering collaborative efforts between elderly education and service sectors.
