Research on the Construction of Teaching Teams from a Data-Driven Perspective——A Case Study of the Online Course Teaching Team at Hubei Open University
In the era of big data, constructing teaching teams driven by data has emerged as an effective strategy to enhance the quality of open education.Drawing from empirical research centered on the network course teaching team at Hubei Open University, this study elucidates a systematic pathway informed by data analysis. This pathway encompasses various stages, including the assessment of students'learning needs, the design of course mate-rials,the delivery of personalized teaching services, and the enhancement of teaching strategies among educators. The empirical findings underscore substantial improvements across multiple fronts, including heightened student engage-ment,increased exam pass rates, elevated average exam scores, and enhanced satisfaction with learning outcomes. These improvements are attributed to the seamless integration of data-driven methodologies throughout the course team teaching process. Moreover, this approach offers distinct advantages such as tailored teaching customization, precise diagnosis and intervention,real-time feedback and adjustment mechanisms, ongoing refinement and optimiza-tion,and the cultivation of student autonomy in learning pursuits.
