Research on the Innovative Path of Talent Cultivation Model for Cruise Attendants under the 1+X Vocational Skills Certificate System——A Case Study of International Cruise Attendant Management Major at Hubei Science and Technology College
The rapid development of the cruise industry has prompted continuous innovation in talent devel-opment models.This study investigates the implementation of the 1+X vocational skills certificates within the cruise sector,alongside the current landscape,obstacles,and inventive strategies in nurturing cruise crew expertise.Our International Cruise Crew Management program,a distinctive initiative in Hubei Province,has undertaken numerous initiatives in restructuring the curriculum framework under the 1+X vocational skills certificate system,offering a no-vel training trajectory for cruise crew talent cultivation.This paper primarily explores novel mechanisms for fostering cruise crew proficiency,with a focus on educational reform and pragmatic experimentation in amalgamating courses and certifications.The aim is to foster adept professionals aligned with global benchmarks and sustainable practices,equipped to meet the evolving demands of the future cruise market.
