如何实现学校教育、家庭教育、社会教育三者之间的协同配合始终是教育研究的热点难点问题.家庭教育对学校教育和社会教育具有奠基性作用.社区教育是社会教育的重要组织形式.社区教育因其区域性、群众性、实践性为家庭教育课程开发提供了其他任何教育组织形式都不能提供的特定条件.目前社区家庭教育课程开发在师资建设、机制建设、体系化建设以及精准服务方面存在问题,需要进一步加强师资队伍建设、建立社区家庭教育课程建设机制、构建社区家庭教育课程体系、丰富社区家庭教育课程内容并注重课程需求调研与评价反馈.
Analysis of Strategies for Developing Community-based Family Education Curriculum
The integration of"school education,family education,and social education"has emerged as a pivotal and intricate topic in educational research.Family education assumes a foundational role within both school and social educational frameworks.Community education stands as a crucial organizational structure within social ed-ucation,characterized by its regional,inclusive,and pragmatic nature.It provides a unique foundation for the devel-opment of family education curricula that is unparalleled by other educational entities.However,existing challenges persist in the systematic establishment,mechanism development,teacher training,and tailored services of community family education curriculum development.Addressing these challenges necessitates a multifaceted approach involving the enrichment of content,establishment of a comprehensive curriculum system,implementation of effective construc-tion mechanisms,enhancement of teacher capacity,and prioritization of curriculum demand assessments and evalua-tion feedback.
