Research on Corruption and Governance Strategies in Engineering Project Management in Universities
Research indicates that corruption in university infrastructure engineering is particularly severe in project management,quality management,and fund management,where risks are high.Using a questionnaire survey and the Analytic Hierarchy Process,an evaluation system for corruption issues in university engineering construction was developed,and innovative governance strategies were proposed based on the evaluation results.The report rec-ommends implementing anti-corruption early warning education in universities,establishing internal self-discipline mechanisms for personnel,improving open and transparent public supervision mechanisms,and facilitating reporting channels for external entities.These measures aim to effectively prevent and manage corruption in university infra-structure projects,fostering a positive development environment.
