Analysis of the Differences and Influencing Factors in the Learning Needs of Community Residents——A Survey-Based Study of Future Communities in City T,Zhejiang Province
Driven by resident needs,the high-quality development of future community education scenarios plays a crucial role in both individual growth and overall community advancement.This study,based on survey data from three future communities in City T,Zhejiang Province,utilizes variance analysis to examine differences in resi-dents'course preferences and multiple regression analysis to explore factors influencing the satisfaction of their learn-ing needs.The findings reveal significant differences in learning needs across various age groups,with notable varia-tions in course demands among residents of different genders,educational levels,and occupations.Five factors,in-cluding"infrastructure"and"local influence,"were found to significantly impact satisfaction,with the influence ranking as follows:infrastructure>local influence>frequency of participation in activities>application of digital technology>co-construction of learning resources.The study encourages promoting the co-construction and sharing of learning resources,the development of online group learning formats,and enhancing resident participation to im-prove learning satisfaction and outcomes.
